My personal philosophy of ministry is to be a shepherd to the flock that God has appointed me to, to the best of my ability. I want to do this with the utmost love of Christ for every believer in the church through relationship with individuals.  I desire to disciple the flock in the Word of God and to train up leaders for the ministry.  To personally reflect daily on the gospel that saved me and called me to pastor the flock. I want to preach expositionally verse by verse through the Word of God and hang my sermons from the Scriptures to give the flock the spiritual food they need to survive behind the enemy lines in which we live.  I have a strong desire to evangelize the church, the community, the city, and to the “ends of the Earth” as my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has commanded all believers to do.  I want to make a lasting impact on all people for spiritual growth, on their spiritual journey.  To be the man who will be bold in the power of the Holy Spirit, but be as tender as Christ in times of despair and crises.  I desire to be a disciple-maker of disciple-makers, to challenge all in the flock to grow and embrace the sanctification path in which God has them on.  I want to be a shepherd who smells like his sheep, through intentional disciple-making relations.  Always remembering that no sheep is unimportant, all sheep are valuable to the Good Shepherd.  I want to do all this while being the husband and dad God has called me to be.  The bottom line, to glorify King Jesus in all I say and do from behind the pulpit and in everyday life.
